Happy throwback Thurday! The weekend is in sight once again and we have an awesome classic car to remind you about today.

From 1929-1937, Volvo produced the PV650 Series. The "P" and "V" stand for PersonVagn, which means "passenger car." The 6 is for the six-cylinder engine, the 5 is for five seats, and the last digit reflects the version of the series. PV651 came out in 1929; in 1933, the deluxe PV654 like the one you see above made its debut. The PV654 featured the updates made to the previous versions, like the addition of hydraulic brakes, plus improved aerodynamics and interior.

Unfortunately we're fresh out of the PV650 Series here at Borton Volvo, located at 905 Hampshire Ave S in Golden Valley. We do, however, have a great new Volvo inventory that we think you'll love. Come check it out today!
